Dairy Farm Tour

 As part of Door County Learning in Retirement we visited a dairy farm south of Sturgeon Bay, WI. The Olson's took us on a tour of their 150+ year old farm on a windy Spring day. Compared to how our grandfather's milked, and especially to how my great-great-great-grandfather would have been farming in West Jacksonport, WI in the mid-1870's it was incredible to see the cows queueing up on their own for robotic milking with the Lely Astronaut.
